The NHS is aware of a global IT outage which is leading to disruption in some GP practices. We have not been affected and patients should continue to attend appointments, use our telephone and digital systems as normal. However, we are aware that some pharmacies (Day Lewis and Whitworths) are having issues with retrieving ETP prescriptions and are asking patients to come to surgery for a written copy.
